In January Residential Life was notified that the College Avenue construction and Hatch Hall renovation projects will be part of the Real Estate & Construction Review magazine — 2008 St. Louis edition. The Real Estate and Construction highlights some of the most dynamic and challenging projects designed and built in the Midwest.

The College Avenue Housing complex accommodates 345 students. This new facility is located immediately to the east of the College Avenue Bridge, northwest of Hatch Hall. Suite configurations include four person single suites and double suites. In addition, a limited number of singles and doubles with full baths are available.
