Renovations to Jones, Lathrop, and Laws halls were essential to extend the life expectancy of both building and mechanical systems. These efforts insured quality and comfort for current and future students until later in the RLMP process when additional improvements might be implemented.
Project included:
- Repairing existing masonry building exteriors
- Replacing existing windows
- Replacing existing sinks and toilet partitions within community restrooms
- Upgrading electrical service, which will allow for the addition of window air conditioners
- ADA improvements
