What's New:

Residential Life has informed the contractor to inform subs of the new smoking policy (no smoking within twenty feet of doors, windows and intake vents on University owned or leased property) and make sure they abide by the requirement.

During summer break 2002, Jones Hall and a cleaner exterior. Lathrop Hall (right) and Laws Hall (not pictured) are scheduled to get similar touch ups during Summer Semester 2003. Click here for a photo gallery of this project.

Renovations to Jones, Lathrop and Laws halls are essential at this time to extend the life expectancy of both building and mechanical systems. These efforts will insure quality and comfort for current and future students, until later in the RLMP process, when additional improvements may be implemented.

Current project includes:

Repairs to existing masonry building exteriors
Replacing existing windows
Replacing existing sinks and toilet partitions within community restrooms
Upgrading electrical service, which will allow for the addition of window air conditioners
ADA improvements
