2007-2008 Rental Rate Notification
The Board of Curators recently approved a rate increase for the University Student Apartments. This notice is to remind you
that the rate will become effective July 1, 2007. All current rates are available at reslife.missouri.edu/apartments/rates.html.

On December 5, Residential Life announced it's intention to purchase Tara Apartments.
Tara Apartments (located at 1133 Ashland Road just a few blocks east of campus) will replace and expand by 20 percent our overall apartment capacity available for graduate students, students with families and students over 21. For more information, refer to the following links:

University Student Apartments are available only for students who are married,
have children, are single graduate students, or are students over the age
of 21. All other students should refer to the Residence Hall webpage for
