Manor House
Manor House is geared toward the experienced student with amenities including a quiet atmosphere, a variety
of floor plans and an excellent location.

Only steps away from the Memorial Union, Ellis Library, the Quad and downtown Columbia, Manor House is
a convenient choice for busy lifestyles.

Please Note:
Priority for all Manor House apartments is given to single graduate students and families without children. As there is no play area, Manor House is not designed for families with children. We recommend U. Heights, U. Village or Tara Apartments instead.

Amenities
Amenities, fixtures, and finishes within each apartment can vary widely due to some apartments being updated more recently than others; however, each unfurnished apartment does contain the following:

• Refrigerator
• Electric stove
• Full bath with tub/shower combination
• Long-range Ethernet access
• Kitchen units
• Garbage disposals (in some units)
• Local telephone service
• Basic cable service
• Window air conditioning units

Roommates
Roommates of graduate students or students over 21 must be elligible students at MU, sign the contract and adhere to the terms of the contract.

Utilities
The monthly rate includes water, sewer, gas, telephone service, long-range Ethernet access and basic cable. Apartments are individually metered for electricity, so students should make arrangements with the utility company prior to moving in (required).

Laundry
Laundry facilities are available in the building. Facilities feature coin- and student ID-operated washers and dryers.
