Tara Apartments

University-owned Tara Apartments is close to campus buildings with a shuttle running to and from the center of campus. There are a variety of floor plans to fit the needs of MU students and their families.

Tara Apartments, located in the east part of campus along Ashland Road, is only a 10-minute walk from the center of campus and offers a quiet environment for students and families.

Amenities, fixtures, and finishes within each apartment can vary widely due to some apartments being updated more recently than others; however, each unfurnished apartment does contain the following:

The monthly rate includes basic cable. Apartments are individually metered for electricity, water, sewer and gas , so students should make arrangements with the utility company prior to moving in (required).

Roommates of graduate students or students over 21 must be eligible students at MU, sign the contract and adhere to contract terms.

Laundry
Laundry facilities are available in the complex. Facilities feature coin-operated washers and dryers.

Child Care
Child care is available at the Student Parent Center located in University Village. Call 882-4224 for more information or visit www.studentparentcenter.missouri.edu/about.cfm.
