University Village
University Village is excellent for families featuring a variety of floorplans and several playground areas. It is also the location of the Student Parent Center child care facility.

University Village is located just north of University Heights on Providence Avenue, adjacent to the MKT Trail and a very short walk from campus.

Amenities
Amenities, fixtures, and finishes within each apartment can vary widely due to some apartments being updated more recently than others; however, each unfurnished apartment does contain the following:

• Refrigerator
• Gas or electric stove
• Full bath with tub/shower combination
• Long-range Ethernet access
• Kitchen units
• Local telephone service
• Basic cable service
• Window air conditioning units
• Playground equipment
• On-site parking

Utilities
The monthly rate includes local telephone service, long-range Ethernet access and basic cable. Apartments are individually metered for electricity, water, sewer and gas, so students should make arrangements with the utility company prior to moving in (required).

Roommates
Roommates of graduate students or students over 21 must be elligible students at MU, sign the contract and adhere to contract terms.

Laundry
Laundry facilities are available in the complex. Facilities feature coin- and student ID-operated washers and dryers.

Child Care
Child care is available at the Student Parent Center located in University Village. Call 882-4224 for more information.
