Every Defoe & Graham resident will need to fill out a preference form (even if you have signed up for a move online). This form is available in the Move Packet that will be handed out by your CA. This form is important because the information you provide will determine how we will make assignments for the Spring semester. You can tell us if you'd like to keep your roommate, which halls you'd prefer to move to, etc. Completed preference forms must be returned to the student staff no later than November 9th.

Keep in mind that though you are submitting your preferences for the assignment process, we can only accommodate requests when space allows. For instance, if you request a particular roommate and there are no longer any completely open rooms available across campus, we will not be able to honor that request. However, we will wait as long as we can to find the space that best meets your needs.
