Move Timeline August 29 Between hall move requests accepted for Defoe/Graham residents who wish to move during the fall semester November 1 Paper preference forms distributed to all Defoe & Graham heroes November 7 (8pm) Meeting in Lower Pershing Commons November 9 Deadline to turn in Moving Preference Form November 17 Paper forms and original application priority dates begin to be used to make Spring 2008 assignments November 26 First day boxes are available to be picked up - hours will be posted December 14 (8pm) All halls close for the semester break (except Defoe and Graham) December 15 (Noon) You will need to have your gear ready by NOON and vacate your room for semester break January 7-11 Moving company relocates your gear from Defoe or Graham to your new residence hall January 16 Residence halls reopen- you'll go directly to your new assignment January 22 Spring classes begin
