College Avenue Hall was first opened in August 2006. This suite-style hall offers double suites and four person single suites. Single suites are reserved first for those who need accommodations based on a disability and returning students. They may be available to freshman on a very limited basis. It will be the location for summer school during the 2008 summer session.
