Lathrop hall is a very active residence hall housing approximately 325 women. Lathrop is located on the western part of the campus near Greek Town, Hearnes Center, and Faurot Field. The popular Pavilion at Dobbs Dining Facility offers a wide variety of menus and options for dining, including take out items. The Pavilion specializes in vegan and vegetarian dining options.
      Lathrop features a computer room located on every other floor, two work out rooms with stair steppers, bikes and aerobic equipment. A kitchen is available in the basement for use by all residents. Microwaves are located in utility rooms on most floors.
      Traditionally, about three fourths of the Dobbs Group residents are freshmen or transfer students.
