The Fine Arts Learning Community

FARC, the Fine Arts residential community, is open to students of all academic levels and majors who demonstrate interest in the fine arts. Residents are dedicated to the promotion and pursuit of creative expression. Most residents of this community do not intend to become professional artists, but all residents share an interest in living and learning in an artistically-charged environment where the creative process is an essential element of their daily lives.

Freshman Interest Groups (FIGs)

The Fine Arts residential community also houses several freshman interest groups (FIGs) that relate to its overall goals and objectives. Some FIGs that have been part of this community include The Arts in Our Times, Stage and Screen and World of Music.

Please note: The nature and availability of specific figs may change in order to adapt to the needs of both the Learning Community and participating students.
