Greek Leadership is a community centered around the four common values of all sororities: scholarship, leadership, service and sisterhood. As a member of the Greek Leadership Learning Community, whether you join a Greek organization or not, you will have the opportunity to participate in activities that focus on essential leadership skills, such as: time management, goal setting and achievement, team development, organization and self-awareness. Other opportunities to get involved in the Learning Community include community government and the Jones Hall Council.

• Familiarity with all three Greek Councils at MU: Panhellenic, Pan-Hellenic of MU and Intrafraternity Council

Community Goals

The Greek Leadership Learning Community was established to unite women of different Greek organizations by encouraging residents to share their Greek experiences with each other. In this community, residents:

• Interact with women from all Greek organizations
• Participate in community-wide service projects
• Enhance leadership skills by attending guest lectures, panel discussions and interactive programs
• Focus on academic success through organized study groups
• Regularly interact with undergraduate, graduate and professional women in leadership positions, including alumnae
