The ROTC Leadership Learning Community is designed for male and female students interested or involved in the Army, Navy, Air Force or Marines. Members of this community have opportunities to increase their understanding of the Services, work together on developing fitness and exercise their leadership skills. Residents build relationships with others through social events, ROTC classes and leadership laboratories.

Unique Community Features

• Strong ties to MU ROTC programs
• Located across street from Crowder Hall, home to MU ROTC Programs
• Guidance from upper class non-commissioned officers, an ROTC cadet or midshipman
• Non-commissioned officers serve as student
  leaders on hall staff
• Mizzou Professional Development Ribbon Program
• Two floors housing cadets/midshipmen who have similar time requirements and schedules

Community Goals

A joint partnership between Residential Life and the departments of Military Science, Aerospace Studies and Naval Science, the ROTC Leadership Learning Community offers residents an opportunity to be involved in a unique living and learning environment with like-minded peers and faculty career officers. In this community, residents will:

• Participate in either Air Force, Navy or Army ROTC classes and leadership laboratories
• Benefit from the guidance and mentorship of upper class students (customs, courtesies, proper
  attire, etc.)
• Learn about all branches of service
• Plan and conduct ROTC professional development and social programs
