The Sophomore Experience

Goals:

• Assist sophomores in making a successful transition from first year to second year.
• Enhance sophomores' integration into the campus community.
• Provide opportunities for Sophomores to:
  • Develop relationships with faculty, staff, advisors, and peers
  • Cultivate self-knowledge
  • Make informed and thoughtful decisions about their future
  • Be aware of and utilize resources for academic and personal planning and growth
• Educate faculty, staff, and parents on the unique developmental needs of Sophomore students
