We hope this website provides helpful information as you investigate the exciting opportunities in Residential Life. Our staff work with students on a daily basis helping them succeed academically, transition to college, and learn about different ways to get involved on campus. Our staff say the most rewarding parts of the job are the ways they help students learn about themselves and teach them how to take ownership of their communities.
Peruse the CA and PA Position Description and look through the different Learning Communities before filling out an application for a CA or PA position.
We also encourage you to talk to any of our current staff. They can share more about the exeriences they've gained, the things they've learned, and the students they've impacted.
Minimum requirements for the position are:
- Full academic year commitment
- 2.75 cumulative MU GPA (3.0 preferred) for CA and NCO candidates
- 3.0 cumulative (3.25 preferred) MU GPA for PA candidates
- One semester living in the residence halls
