There are lots of student staff options in Residential Life at Mizzou. The compensation, requirements and expectations of each are a little different - check 'em out to see which is the best match for you.
Res Life student staff work with students on a daily basis helping them succeed academically, transition to college, and learn about different ways to get involved on campus.Our staff say the most rewarding parts of the job are the ways they help students learn about themselves and teach them how to take ownership of their communities.

Not your kind of job? We also offer a Desk Supervisor position. It's a highly sought-after hourly position that supervises staff at the hall or area desk.

Minimum requirements for the position are:
- Full academic year commitment
- 2.75 cumulative MU GPA (3.0 preferred) for CA, NCO, LA and DS candidates
- 3.0 cumulative (3.25 preferred) MU GPA for PA candidates
- One semester living in the residence halls

After you complete you CA, PA, NCO, LA Application, log back into the system to double check that you have a candidate profile. You will not receive any other confirmation that your application was successfully received.
